- Core and back strength
- Legs strength
- Hip Mobility

- Popups practice
- Warm-up and cool down
The class is taught by Inessa Love, RYT-200, trained in therapeutic yoga by Soma Yoga Institute. Inessa is an avid midlife surfer and a co-founder of the Sassy Silver Surfers Facebook community and Instagram @SassySilverSurfers
